I like the way the lighted window fits into the image on the side of the building – at first glance, it could be a street light behind her!
If it wasn’t wordless I would have told you that until a couple of years ago there was a mural depicting a Tudor scene which was probably more appropriate, when I first saw this one I was horrified but its grown on me now,
Gosh that can’t be Sarah Beeny can it?
Best Wishes
Can’t say, no idea who Sarah Beeny is!
Reading your book. My daughter got me it from my wish list!
LOL, Gilly, I don’t know who Sarah Beeny is either. Great shot, though.

I love street art…and this is exceptional Gilly
See my reply to Sharon! Also when I was at college I worked in that building, it was a cafe then and had a creepy cellar reputed to be haunted. The staff cloakrooms were down there and no -one wanted to go down alone. Twenty five years later my daughter, also at college, worked there – a clothes shop by then – the reputation persisted and I bet it still does now!
Great night time exposure. And love the artwork!
Thanks Paul, luck rather than skill I’m afraid!

Who is she?
I don’t think its based on a real person but its by a renowned artist – Alexandre Farto also known as VHILS
Love the feel in this photos

Nice one Gilly. That window incorporated into the artwork grabbed me too!
