Dido and Daisy aren’t too keen on snow!

About Lucid Gypsy

Gilly Mbachu Goldsworthy is a mum to two kids that are supposed to be grown up and mma to a four year old and a new born baby boy. None of that means that I am grown up though! I love writing – travel and quite edgy fiction – and being an OU student for a degree which remains to be seen. What I do best though is counselling; I’ve been privileged to work with many people through big changes.

What sweet pictures! There’s something about a dog’s expression that makes you know what they are thinking. And it’s really appealing :)

  6. Yelly says:

  7. Hey Gill. Sweet photos! I love me some furbabies. We have 5, plus 1 scalebaby. ;) Love your blog, too. How long have you been blogging?

    • Hahaha thanks, is a scale baby a fish or a lizard? I began blogging at the end of May having just finished a creative writing course. I love it, I’ve met so many lovely people but I don’t manage to write as much as I’d hoped – maybe in 2012! Oh and prayer said for your job!

Interesting that they don’t like snow.
we had a dachshund who hated rain, but would cavort about in the snow getting an icy moustache and very cold tummy!

  22. How did you get those photos like that? Brilliant & so much better than straight ‘listing’ them!

  23. Patti Kuche says:

Poor babies! Happy New Year Gilly!

  24. Nandini says:

So cute. Love the snow! :)

Happy New year to you. :)

  25. precious and adorable …. bbbrrr … too cold for me,too.
I had a Yorkie Terrier many years ago. He was only 5 pounds.
He did not like the snow. I had a hard time getting him to go out
and do his daily needs. He has since past on but he was a funny little things.
    Nice shots for the theme.
    Toodles,
    Isadora

  26. Madman says:

I can only agree with Dido and Daisy :-) Thanks for the share!

  27. pattisj says:

Smart doggies! We don’t need that cold, wet stuff!

  28. Looks like they need a bit of warmth and hug after being out in the snow. Winter can be fun but when it gets too cold, time for some warming close to a cozy fireplace. Beautiful! Thanks.

  29. Ha… They’ve got such lovely faces. Mine absolutely hates the rain too but loves the snow.

  30. Cris says:

I can definitely relate to your dogs about winter. :)
